What is included in the price?

The entire holiday home with terrace, garden and BBQ (charcoal, bring your own).
Beds made on arrival, bed linen included.
Consumption of water and electricity (charging electric cars is not permitted).
Internet.
Tourist tax.
Bath linen

A reservation is minimum for 2 nights.

The reservation is only final after receipt of a deposit of 30% within 5 working days after our confirmation email on the account number BE57 1036 0316 2135 .

The remaining amount and the security deposit must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.

The deposit will be fully refunded within 2 weeks after check-out if no defects have been found.

In case of cancellation by the tenant, he will be liable for the following compensation:
– Cancellation more than 2 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge.
– Cancellation between 2 months and 4 weeks before the start of the rental period: deposit will be retained.
– Cancellation less than 4 weeks before the start of the rental period: full rent will be charged.
